Went for my covid jab, all the volunteers are absolutely brilliant, the lady who did the jab so kind, nice, friendly and professional. Sometimes I think we lose sight of how lucky we are in this country!

I had my first appointment with Kasha. it's the first time i feel anyone has really listened to me and understood me. She made me feel there was hope and made me understand, in a very kind way, that i have to make changes. I had another appointment today with maggie. She undesrtood that i didn't want a list of exercises and wanted advice on what i can do within my busy schedule. I felt listened to and had a clear plan at the end of the consultation - most importantly i didn't have exercises to do but i do have positive stuff to work on that i think is acheivable.

The dr I spoke with was brilliant. She explained everything clearly and went over things. I felt heard and understood. The downside to all of this though is that I now have a 4 year minimum wait for support that I’m in desperate need of. But the dr that called me and went through it all did everything she said she would in a very timely manner and was really thorough. I’m thankful for her help.

Improve the time in waiting to be seen. 3 month wait for a phone call and now a 4 year wait for an assessment. It’s not fair.
